Neuro Wellness TMS Centers of America offers both IV ketamine infusions and Spravato in Coral Springs for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain that have not responded to standard treatment.

Infusions run about forty minutes to an hour in a comfortable chair with staff monitoring throughout. Spravato is a nasal spray taken in the office, followed by two hours of close observation. Either way a patient needs a driver and should avoid driving for the rest of the day.

The practice is one of a small number of private outpatient clinics offering SAINT, the five day accelerated TMS protocol developed at Stanford.
