Mindful Behavioral Health

Mindful Behavioral Health offers Spravato treatment in Boca Raton for adults with treatment resistant depression or major depression with suicidal thoughts. Sublingual ketamine is also available as a separate option.

The practice was co-founded in 2013 by Dr. Cichowicz, who has provided Spravato since 2019 and teaches as an associate professor of psychiatry at Florida Atlantic University. He trained in transcranial magnetic stimulation at Duke and helped set up the psychiatric emergency room at Delray Medical Center.

The team also covers geriatric psychiatry, women's mental health, cognitive behavioral therapy, and PRISM neurofeedback for post traumatic stress. Patients aged fourteen and older are seen. Mindful Behavioral Health serves Boca Raton and Palm Beach County.
