Accepts insurance
While ketamine is not currently covered by insurance, some aspects of treatment such as office visits, IV procedures, and other medications may be eligible for coverage. Superbills can be provided to self-submit to insurance. Spravato is noted as "covered by insurance depending on your carrier and policy."
Ketamine Infusions with Preparation & Integration: $4800 for full package (19 sessions including 6 preparation, 6 medically supervised treatments, 6 integration, 1 post-protocol check-in). Single ketamine journey: $900 per session. Initial Medical Intake: $350 for Ketamine Infusions. Booster Package: $2,100 for 3 sessions (existing members); $2,600 including initial assessment for members from other clinics. One-Day TMS: $4,950 (all-inclusive). Ketamine for Alcohol Use Disorder (KARE): $9,450 (includes intake and 3 infusions with 18 hours therapy); $7,000 for veterans. Add-on: Single Vitamin Infusion $195; Vitamin Infusion Package $975 (6 infusions). Hero's Journey program offers 25% discount for eligible professionals and veterans.
