Delmarva Pain and Spine Center

Delmarva Pain and Spine Center provides IV ketamine infusion therapy in Newark under the leadership of pain management physician Shachi Patel, MD. The program works with treatment resistant depression, OCD, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain, and CRPS.

Ketamine is given under medical supervision while the team monitors heart rate and blood pressure. Dr. Patel builds treatment plans around each patient's condition and response, which connects the infusion program with the practice's wider pain management work.
