Wheeler Health administers Spravato in Hartford through a treatment suite designed for esketamine visits. Adults with treatment resistant depression use the nasal medication under physician supervision. They remain at the center for observation after each dose.

The Hartford Family Health and Wellness Center also provides continuing therapy and psychiatric services. Wheeler can accept Spravato referrals from outside psychiatric and medical providers, which allows existing clinicians to remain involved.

Treatment itself takes place at the Hartford center rather than through telehealth. Wheeler Health serves Hartford and surrounding communities in central Connecticut.
