Cienega Medical at its flagship West Hollywood location in California offers physician-supervised ketamine infusion therapy to ease depression, PTSD, anxiety, and stress. Operating since 2010 under medical director Dr. Neal Kumar, MD, the practice customizes each ketamine session to help patients rebalance neural pathways, target brain receptors, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Sessions run about one hour in a comfortable, private setting, and patients arrange a ride to and from their visit since driving is not permitted for four hours afterward. All new patients are screened to ensure they meet safety and eligibility standards.

Ketamine is not recommended for those with uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain heart conditions, a history of psychosis, or those pregnant or breastfeeding. Care is delivered by a 13-person Los Angeles medical team of licensed professionals under physician supervision.
