Co-therapy sessions available at higher rates: Lozenge $1,260 full in-person, Intramuscular $1,740 full in-person. Treatment typically includes 3-6 KAP sessions. Psychiatric intake $330, Psychological intake $270, Preparation session $300, Integration sessions $300 each. Sliding scale and scholarship opportunities available; both intakes must be paid in full ($500 total) before financial assistance applies.
