San Diego TMS and Ketamine
Silverlining Psychiatry offers Spravato esketamine treatment in San Diego, California, for adults with treatment resistant depression, including cases where depression comes with persistent anxiety. Spravato is given as a nasal spray in the clinic with at least two hours of monitoring after each dose.
A typical course runs about 14 sessions over 90 days, starting twice weekly for four weeks, then moving to once a week. Each patient gets a private treatment room with a sofa, blankets, and a call button.
The practice was founded in 2015 by Dr. Dmitriy Sivtsov, who is dual board certified in general psychiatry and addiction medicine, trained at Harvard and UCLA, and has practiced since 1995.
TMS and Spravato run through San Diego TMS and Ketamine, a program within the practice. Most new patients are seen within 7 to 10 days. The clinic is in Bankers Hill and serves Hillcrest, Mission Hills, downtown, North Park, and Coronado.
