Catalyst Integration for Health
Catalyst Integration for Health offers intramuscular ketamine and Spravato treatment in Sacramento, California, for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. The clinic is REMS certified, and every patient gets a private room with a recliner, never shared with another patient. A friend, family member, or therapist can stay in the room during treatment.
Sessions run about an hour with a short recovery period. Most patients come two or three times a week and complete six treatments over two to three weeks, with booster sessions available afterward.
The practice was founded by Eric Tepper, MD. Staff bill PPO plans directly and pursue single case agreements for HMO patients to get Spravato covered.
Psychiatric care, medication management, and ADHD evaluation are also offered. The clinic serves Sacramento and the surrounding area.

We bill PPO insurance plans directly and go the extra mile to secure single-case agreements for patients with HMO plans. In most cases, we can get Spravato covered, even when other clinics can't. Some HMO insurance plans are very willing to work with us; others are more difficult. Kaiser is noted as an exception where Spravato coverage is typically not available.
