Tandem Psychiatric Health

Tandem Psychiatric Health in Oxnard is a REMS certified Spravato (esketamine) treatment center for adults with treatment resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts. Treatment starts with twice weekly in office sessions for four weeks, then tapers to weekly or biweekly visits based on response, with two hours of monitoring after each dose.

The practice is led by Fernando Cervantes, PMHNP-BC, LCSW, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who trained as a therapist first. Care is available in English and Spanish, and telehealth is offered for medication visits.

The practice serves Oxnard and the greater Ventura County area.
