Piedmont Neuroscience Center offers Spravato esketamine treatment in Oakland, California, for adults with treatment resistant depression. Patients self administer the nasal spray in private treatment rooms under close supervision by clinical staff. Each patient stays at the center for at least two hours of observation afterward.

The practice is led by Joshua Elan Kuluva, MD, a board certified neurologist and psychiatrist who completed a combined residency in both fields.
