Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine offers Spravato esketamine treatment in Newport Beach, California, for adults with treatment resistant depression and for major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts. Patients self administer the nasal spray in a private suite, then stay two hours for monitoring. A ride home must be arranged in advance.
This is the practice's main office and a certified Spravato REMS site. It was founded by Dr. Stefani LaFrenierre, who is double board certified in adult psychiatry and addiction medicine and earned her medical degree at UCLA.
The clinic also provides Deep TMS therapy, an accelerated TMS protocol, medication management, and integrative psychiatry. The team handles prior authorization directly with insurers. It serves Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Huntington Beach.
