DSR SGB in California and Illinois: $1,125 (1 treatment + 1 follow-up) or $2,100 bilateral. Medication management self-pay: $171 per session. Intake assessment self-pay: $292 (60 minutes) or $150 (30-60 minutes returning). Therapy self-pay: $125-$200 per session.
