Dr. Creighton is in network with a select number of insurance plans. For policies where she is not an in-network provider, Dr. Creighton is often able to negotiate single-case agreements. HMO policies are not accepted. Super-bills offered for out of network reimbursement.
Initial Evaluation: $600. Brief Follow-up: $200-250. Extended Therapy: $300-350. TMS & Esketamine pricing requires consultation.
