Every treatment is supervised by a physician, and care begins with a full evaluation covering treatment history and screening requirements.

Initial psychiatric evaluation $400, which insurance may partially cover. IM ketamine $250 per treatment. Intensive phase of nine additional treatments $2,250 total. Ketamine itself is not covered by insurance, though part of the office visit may be. Spravato may be covered with prior authorization.
