Nightingale Direct Care

Nightingale Direct Care offers Spravato treatment in Clarksville for adults living with treatment resistant depression. The practice is a REMS certified Spravato center, meaning it is authorized to give esketamine under the program the FDA requires.

Treatment happens in a private room at the clinic. Patients join the practice on a monthly membership, then use their insurance to cover the medication itself, with no separate charge for the treatment visit.

Catherine Stephanie Miranda leads the practice. She is a family nurse practitioner who spent thirteen years in the Air Force Reserve and has worked in primary care since 2017. Nightingale Direct Care serves Clarksville and surrounding Johnson County.
