Midtown Medical provides physician supervised ketamine therapy in Mobile for adults with treatment resistant depression. Care is overseen by Dr. Athira Nair, and every patient completes a medical evaluation first.

Ketamine is given in the office as a nasal spray. Staff monitor blood pressure, heart rate, and comfort throughout. Sessions usually run one to two hours including observation, and patients arrange a ride home afterward.
