Rocket City Clinics offers Spravato treatment in Huntsville for adults whose depression has not improved with standard antidepressants. The practice is a REMS certified treatment center, meaning it is authorized to administer esketamine under the program the FDA requires.

Sessions take place in the office, with a two hour monitored observation period after each treatment. Spravato is used alongside an oral antidepressant rather than in place of one. Patients arrange a ride home and do not drive until the following day.
