Alpenglow Pain & Wellness provides ketamine infusion therapy in Anchorage, Alaska. The practice is led by Dr. Nichelle Renk, board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management, and Dr.

Gavin Nixon, board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Ketamine is offered as part of a broader pain management program.

Infusions may help with chronic nerve pain, CRPS, fibromyalgia, and chronic migraines. They are also offered for treatment resistant depression when the patient has ongoing care with a mental health provider. Most infusions last 40 to 60 minutes with monitoring throughout, and patients need a ride home.
